  #MYTH 1      To lose weight, you have to give up all your favorite food.      FACT: You don't have to give up all your favorite food when you are trying to lose weight.      TIP: Limiting foods that are high in calories may help you lose weight. #MYTH 2      Grain products   such as bread, pasta, rice are fattening. You should avoid this while trying to lose weight.    Fact: Grain themselves aren't necessarily fattening -or unhealthy - although substituting whole grains for refined grain products is healthier and may help you feel fuller.   Tip : Try to replace refined or white bread with whole-wheat bread and refined pasta with whole-wheat pasta. #MYTH 3 Choosing foods that are gluten-free will help you eat healthier. Fact: Gluten-free foods are not healthier if you don't have celiac disease or are not sensitive to gluten. Gluten is a protein found in wheat, barley, and rye grains. Tip: Talk with your health care professional if you believe you have problems.

  What is VR? Virtual reality is an artificial environment created with software and presented to the user so that the user suspends belief and accepts it as a real environment. On a computer, virtual reality is primarily experienced through two of the five senses: sight and sound.         The simplest form of virtual reality is a 3d image that can be explored interactively at a personal computer, usually by manipulating keys or the mouse so that the content of the images moves in the same direction or zooms in or out. More sophisticated efforts involve such approaches as wrap-around display screens, actual rooms augmented wearable computers, and haptics devices that let you feel the display images. What is AR?
